New Episodes: Caching Your EE Site and Preparing the Site for Clients

Oct 24, 2008

I'm excited to announce that two new screencast episodes are available now: Optimizing a Site with Caching and Preparing a Site for Clients.

In the EE caching episode, we learn how to optimize your EE site using the built-in caching functionality. Step-by-step, I walk you through each method, explaining how it works, why you need it and when to use it.

As a wrap up to the series, the final screencast covers how to prepare the front- and back-end of your EE site for clients. This include expert tips for control panel configuration, easy content management and editing, as well as creating documentation for your clients.

Together these episodes add almost 90 more minutes of ExpressionEngine training to the existing series of screencasts, totalling more than 6 hours of guided training on building an ExpressionEngine website from start to finish.
